This outdoor exhibit features over twenty boulders collected from different areas across the U.S. With an informational panel at the starting point, rocks are displayed in an orderly sequence beginning with igneous, followed by sedimentary and ending with metamorphic rocks.
The sinkhole in the middle highlights how Florida’s porous limestone permits rainfall to recharge the Florida aquifer.
