Dedicated in memory of Margaret Wallin Marvin ’39, who was a committed friend of the college. The plaza, which creates a campus gathering space, is located in the center of campus and features paving stones in the pattern of the Macalester shield, surrounded by memorial trees, colorful gardens, and perimeter seating.
