Dubuis Hall is a co-ed residence hall for first year students with single sex floors located in the heart of campus. Dubuis Lounge, found on the first floor of the hall, is a popular meeting area for students to study, use the built in TV screens, and hold meetings. The lounge also has a full community kitchen open to all residents of the building. Dubuis Hall was recently renovated and includes doubles and singles, and community style restrooms, with each floor having two restrooms. Each floor also has a large enclosed study space/lounge. Adjacent to the residence hall is Dubuis Lawn, a grassy area popular for student events, recreational activities, or just lounging on sunny days.
