          1. Beta Theta Pi

Built originally in 1929, the Beta Theta Pi house was located directly on the campus green.  Beta Theta Pi has a rich history with the University of Denver; at least seven chancellors held membership within the fraternity, and the Zeta Alpha chapter on the University campus boasted membership of other University of Denver notables such as Stanley Hornbeck. The structure would later be renamed John Moye Hall in 2012 and would house the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System. The building's 2012 namesake is Denver attorney, seasoned instructor and benefactor to the University John Moye.
