         1. Ammi Hyde Building

            Built in 1972 as the Speech and Hearing Center the Ammi B. Hyde building was dedicated in 1990.  The building's namesake was beloved professor Ammi Hyde (1824-1921). Today the building houses the Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP). Hyde was the Chair of Greek and Latin at the University of Denver. He also established the second iteration of DU's yearbook and named it the Kynewisbok.
