The Academic Deans Office is located in the south wing of Hoey Hall adjacent to Lone Pine Road and can be accessed most easily from the 520 Lone Pine Road lot (limited parking; overflow parking at 550 Lone Pine Road).
When parked in the 520 Lone Pine Road lot, take the stairs up to Hoey Hall and enter the door on the left. Go up the short staircase straight ahead, and you will enter the Academic Deans office.
When parked in the 550 Lone Pine Road lot, follow the sidewalk bordering Lone Pine Road. Continue down the sidewalk until arriving at the 520 Lone Pine Road Lot by the lower parking area. Take the stairs up to Hoey Hall and enter the door on the left. Go up the short staircase straight ahead, and you will enter the Academic Deans office.
The mission of the Academic Deans Office is to monitor academic activities and practices in the Upper School and to oversee carefully the academic health of each individual student. The office works with students entering grade 9, seeing them through the transition to the Upper School and on through the expanding horizons of their grade 9 and grade 10 experiences. Students entering grade 11 are counseled regarding the crucial-for-college-admission junior year and on through the college application process and into graduation from the Upper School.
