Freshmen, Transfer Students, and Upperclassmen live in the courts.
4 RAs per court.
31 Apartments per court, 5 students per apartment.
Each apartment has a full kitchen, living room set, kitchen table, and bedroom sets (a triple and a double bedroom).
No meal plan is required since students have access to a full kitchen.
Heating and air conditioning is controlled by you and your roommates.
Each apartment comes with a cable hook up and free wifi, as well as free Xfinity when connected to Stockton Wifi.
You only have swipe access to your apartment and into either of the 2 laundry rooms in the courts.
Laundry is free, there is an app to check availability of washers and dryers.
Located across Lake Fred.
A 10 min walk to campus around the lake, trails have blue light system poles and cameras in the trees! Or you can go to a shuttle stop to pick up a shuttle that runs to the main campus!
The Lakeside Lodge is located by Housing 1, students can use their meal plan to order items off the grill and subs from Mondo’s, or they can shop in the convenience store and get grab and go items or the daily essentials.
There is a tutoring center located in the Lodge and there are computers and printers students can use.
Students can park their cars in the closely located parking lots. Parking is free.
Bikes and kayaks are also allowed!
