there is green space between morgan and the stairs and the stairs line up with the path to spring street.

it seems like the stairs are too far from morgan now, and something happened to morgan that makes the left side (to the west of the chimney) look thinner than the right side. also, the railing on the stairs seem like they are not parallel.
