Elevator outages are considered an emergency. If you are stuck in an elevator or need to report an outage, please use the following emergency notification processes:
Hilltop Campus
Contact GUPD at 202-687-4343. When reporting an outage, it is preferred that you call the Facilities Service Center, which can be reached 24/7 at 202-687-3432. Alternatively, outage reports can be emailed to facilities@georgetown.edu.
Capitol Campus
Contact DPS at (202) 662-9325. When reporting an outage, it is preferred that you call the Capitol Campus Facilities during office hours at 202-662-9330 to report any issues immediately. Alternatively, outage reports can be emailed to capfm-parking@georgetown.edu. Alternatively, please call 202-687-3432 or visit the Planning and Facilities Management Office in the basement of Harbin Hall.
