   1. Yanke Family Research Park

      Two projects:

      • Yanke Siding Replacment, 3/1/2025-TBD: This project will replace the existing building siding with brick veneer on the entire building. 
      • Yanke HVAC, 12/14/24-02/14/25: The rooftop units at Yanke are original to the building and have reached end of life. These will be replaced to ensure the building is operational and comfortable for occupants.
