      • University Plaza Garage Repairs, 9/08/23-7/01/25: Repairs to existing parking garage, including insulation replacement, leak repair, and water mitigation.
      • Univ. Plaza Boiler Replacement & Controls Upgrade 10/31/23-TBD: This project encompasses replacement of the boiler and the antiquated controls for the major mechanical equipment.
