1. Active Construction Projects

   1. Liberal Arts

      Three projects:

      • Liberal Arts Building HVAC, 03/17/25-08/19/25: This project will replace the mechanical equipment that is still original to the building that serves the west wing. This project will continue the efforts started in the east side remodel. 

      • Liberal Arts Building Fire Alarms, 05/12/24-09/08/25: The fire alarm system in liberal arts is outdate and repairs / parts are difficult to find. This project will continue to support critical life safety systems by replacing the outdated system with a new modern system that is maintainable.
        
        
      • Liberal Arts Building Roof Replacement, 05/19/25-08/12/25: This is part of the Capital Renewal project and will replace the existing roof.
