BSEED Phase 1, 11/17/25-2/19/26: Light refresh of the east side of the old HR space in CPV3. This project needs a separate project number as it will serve as a phase 1 of the larger renovation project. Occupants will move in November in the phase 1 area and remain while the phase 2 project is underway. Phase 1 involves moving excess furniture/salvage, replacing carpet in a few rooms, signage, and painting.
