Description
Beginning in late January, scaffolding will be installed at the ICC, covering the entirety of the building. Covered entrances under the scaffolding will be installed for community members to enter and exit the building safely. This work may also produce a non-hazardous odor caused by the roofing materials. Some construction noise can also be expected.
Safety Information
Climbing or entering the scaffolding is strictly prohibited. Do not post any flyers, banners, or other material on the scaffolding. It will be disposed of immediately as it impedes safety (see below for information about temporary designated posting locations in Red Square). The structure is an active work zone. Please do not congregate or gather under covered pedestrian walkways or near scaffolding. Thank you for your cooperation.
