      1. TCS Hall

        TCS Hall is a new 90,000 square foot building that is the first major construction across Junction Hollow from the main Carnegie Mellon University campus.   The main occupant of the new building is the School of Computer Science Institute for Software research.  The building will also house the MSCF program and the Center for Business Engagement.  Other features include a ground floor parking garage, two story lobby, classrooms, makerspace and offices.   Exterior features of the building include an expansive open courtyard and rain garden.   The SCS space features large windows with communicating stairs that connects their suite across multiple floors.  The 5th floor of the building is occupied by the Pittsburgh office of TCS Paceport.  This space is to be used for academic collaboration between CMU and TCS.
