      1. River House (RIVR)

        The building known as the River House was reportedly built in 1933 for the American Legion post of San Marcos. Today, it houses parts of the Office of University Advancement - charged with cultivating relationships with Alumni and friends of the University for the purpose of philanthropy. River House employees are involved in fundraising for the Alumni Association, the Maroon and Gold fund, Family and Parent Associations, Step Up for State, and more.
