Washburn Commons houses several conference and seminar rooms, a Cafe, Lounge, and Auditorium. With table seating for 175, Washburn Cafe's full commercial kitchen handles food service for the South Campus. The recently renovated auditorium, complete with AV equipment/projection, seats up to 350 people.
