With students' safety of utmost concern, all campus gates are closed at 11 p.m. nightly except for the Burr Road entrance. University Police officers, who are all certified law enforcement officers in the State of Texas, require all those entering the campus to show a student, faculty, or staff ID (or be authorized to visit by a campus resident).
