11th Ave. Flats
The 11th Ave Flats are a series of apartment-style rooms consisting of nine double bedrooms and six triples. These apartments are primarily used for sophomores and juniors. Juniors use them as transitional living areas (TLAs) to prepare them for off-campus housing in their senior year.
Each apartment comes with air-conditioning and is furnished with a kitchen table and chairs, refrigerator, and an electric stovetop and oven.
The 11th Ave Flats also house Augustana students over the summer for those working in the Quad Cities over the summer or starting an internship.
