    1. Neeley Residence Hall

Neeley Hall is named after M.J. Neeley ‘22 and was constructed in 1980. Mr. Neeley graduated in textile engineering. He built his wealth from the ground up starting in the transportation industry and expanding into finances. Mr. Neeley was a firm believer in A&M students developing their oral and written communication skills and gave a lot of time to mentor.

Modular style halls feature rooms with a private bathroom shared by two roommates. "The Mods" offer a small close-knit community feel while still offering easy access to our campus hubs on both the Northside and Southside of campus.
