    1. Haas Residence Hall

Haas Hall is named after Richard E. "Dick" Haas '47 and was constructed in 1979. Mr. Haas is a native of Corpus Christi, Texas. He is well known not only because of his business success, but because of his generous support of Texas A&M. He is a leading independent oil and gas operator, owns a pipeline company and land cattle company.

Modular style halls feature rooms with a private bathroom shared by two roommates. "The Mods" offer a small close-knit community feel while still offering easy access to our campus hubs on both the Northside and Southside of campus.
