      Howdy! 

      Welcome to the Texas A&M University Department of Residence Life Gardens Apartments Virtual Tour! 

      Our Gardens Apartments Virtual Tour begins in the Gardens Community Center. Inside the Community Center there is a Residence Life Office, meeting rooms, Game Room, Childrens Playroom, and plenty of comfortable seating. Across the street is a playground, outdoor fitness equipment, basketball court and sandpit volleyball.

      On this tour you will see a 2 BR/1BA apartment, the Fitness Room, Activity Center, Community Learning Center, and Laundry Facility (premium units have a private washer and dryer).

      The Gardens Apartments offer the apartment lifestyle with on-campus convenience. Apartments are fully furnished. Enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom furnished with a loftable full size bed. Rent by the room or by the apartment.

      Living on campus offers additional security. In addition to the residential staff living on site, University Police Department security officers regularly patrol areas outside the buildings.

    2. Apartment Tour

      All apartments are fully furnished with 1 and 2 bedroom options available. Premium units include a private washer and dryer. Rent by the bedroom or by the apartment. No deposit and no credit check. Pay monthly. Internet, cable, and water included.

      Educational, recreational and social activities, and plenty of amenities make it easy to relax and engage with your friends — and make new ones. It’s your place for community.

    3. Amenities & Outdoor Spaces

      In addition to the Community Center, the Gardens Apartments offers additional amenities and lots of tranquil outdoor spaces. The Fitness Room offers a convenient space for getting a workout. The Community Learning Center (CLC) has an open-access computer lab with a printer, a food prep area, and plenty of comfortable seating perfect for individual or group studying. There is a Laundry Facility (premium units have a private washer and dryer).
