    1. Cousins Hall

Cousins Hall, named after the University's first president, R.B. Cousins, is considered the most historical residence hall at West Texas A&M University. It is the first dormitory built by the state of Texas on the campus of a teacher's college. Built in 1920, it retains its early charm as the only hall with its own ballroom. It also features a grand piano, ping pong and pool tables, big screen television, and carpeted rooms.
