    1. Schow Hall

Nan Elizabeth Walsh Schow Hall has been designed in harmony with the distinctive look of the original campus, featuring walks and vistas characteristic of our founder’s vision. The design reflects the Mediterranean style of architecture popular in Southern California during the 1920s and 1930s,which has earned Scripps a reputation as one of the nation’s most beautiful campuses.

Because the Scripps College community values sustainability, NEW Hall is designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council's globally recognized LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification standards.
