The Williamson Sports Center pool saw significant improvements after it's 2015 lighting retrofit. 30 metal halide bulbs were replaced with LEDs, providing brighter, more reliable light that significantly improves swimmer experience. The retrofit saves over 134,000 kWh of electricity each year, while also minimizing maintenance costs due to the long life of the new LED bulbs.
