Skidmore built the pedestrian and bicycle ramp to connect the northern and southern sections of campus after receiving a set of recommendations from students in a Sustainable Mobility course. The Sustainable Mobility Report also recommended the development of the Perimeter Road Path, which the College built to improve sustainable transportation infrastructure on campus.
