Turf Field Renovations
Skidmore took significant steps to minimize waste generation during the Wachenhiem Field renovations. Old pea stone was used as fill in the Palamountain geothermal project, the old turf field was donated to a regional organization, and the rubber fill was captured and reused in the new field. These efforts eliminated over 100 tons of material from entering the waste stream.
