The George T. Matthews student apartment complex offers two-bedroom, 900-square-foot, townhome-style living arrangements with all the comforts of home, including a private entrance and patio, furnished bedrooms and living rooms, and parking right outside your door. These apartments share two central laundry rooms with three washers, three dryers, a laundry sink and sorting table in each one.
To be eligible to live in the student apartments, you must be a non-first-year student, and must have at least 16 cumulative earned credits at the time you submit your housing contract. Transfer and graduate students are also eligible to live in the student apartments. Residents must be enrolled in at least one course at OU throughout the duration of the apartment contract.
