    1. Indigenous Student Centre

      Our Indigenous Student Centre in Brantford is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous learners who are studying at Laurier. The centre is a welcoming space to study, meet up with friends, or participate in academic and cultural programs.

      The Indigenous Student Services advocates for and provides information to the Indigenous student body in the areas listed but not limited to:

      • Community Support Systems
      • Academic Advice/supports
      • Bursaries, Scholarships and Awards
      • Career Planning
      • On-Campus Services

      Are you hungry? The Indigenous Student Centre holds a weekly soup and frybread lunch. All students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. They are held every Thursday between noon and 1:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome!

      Interesting fact about the Indigenous Student Centre:

      The Brantford campus has a number of heritage buildings, this house was originally a home to a family in Brantford in the 1890s.
