The UIndy Police Department is located in the Campus Police Station and oversees campus security. The department includes a full-time chief and full-time officers, all certified by the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy. Officers have full arrest powers and are licensed to carry firearms. They enforce all local and state laws, in addition to University regulations.
