The Ruth Lilly Center is home to coaches’ office, Methodist Hospital/Methodist Sports Medicine Life Fitness Center, video-viewing rooms, meeting rooms, athletic training room and athletic administrations offices.
The Life Fitness Center includes Cybex, Hammer, and Nautilus selectorized weight machines for total body toning and rehabilitation. It also features more than 10,000 pounds in free weights, dumbbells, and heavy lifting equipment for power training.
The RLC pool is a 25-yard/meter eight-lane competitive facility that also includes a separate 13-foot-deep diving well with two one-meter and one three-meter maxiflex diving boards. Daktronics timing system is used. The facility features the use of underwater viewing, helpful in stroke analysis.
The Greyhound volleyball team and wrestling teams host home events at the Ruth Lilly Center. The sunken court allows fans to enjoy the action from both the bleachers and from the track that encircles the court. The court surface doubles as a full-length basketball practice area as well as four other practice shooting areas.
The Wetherald Wrestling Room is on the south end of the gym and houses the Greyhound wrestling program.
