The Accessible Learning Centre is located on the first floor of the Arts Building. This centre provides services for students who have a diagnosed disability (visible or invisible), including note takers, learning strategies, and exam accommodations.
They work with students to help them reach their full academic potential and are a completely confidential service. With proper documentation, this centre will also assist students who are temporarily unable to take notes or write an exam because of a broken arm, etc.
This is a great resource to be able to support students with disabilities, and allow them an equal opportunity to succeed during their time at Laurier.
