The Rollins Center is a facility for research on dairy cattle, beef cattle and sheep. It includes a full-service dairy, an animal science classroom and a research barn that allows for the individual feeding of 83 animals and selective testing for food-conversion efficiency. The center also provides space for research in animal nutrition and physiology.
