    1. Emery Barns

The barns were donated in 1916 by Mrs. Thomas Emery of Cincinnati, Ohio. When oats, corn and cotton were grown on campus, the barns were used for housing mules and special show cattle and also as a feed mill. Today, they are used for storage of supplies and equipment needed by the animal and horticulture science departments. There are future plans to remodel the barns as a student activity center.
