The Jones Building is a modern, red-brick structure which houses the physical plant department. It was erected in 1973. In December 1976, the building was named for Hubert Jones, a 40-year Berry employee. Jones was the director of the physical plant for 22 years. A complex of shops, warehouse and garages used for physical plant operations are located behind the building.
