Built in 1997, Beeson Village is comprised of three halls: Memorial, Beeson and Chilhowee. Each building consists of 4- and 6-person apartments with a courtyard shared by all buildings. Apartments are carpeted and include a love seat, chair, coffee table and dining table with chairs. This 82-person complex is reserved for junior and seniors who meet certain eligibility requirements.
