Designed to be a center of campus life, the 72,000-square foot Beauchamp Recreation & Wellness Center opened at the University of Portland in August 2015. University of Portland broke ground in May 9, 2014 on the long-awaited facility, which was funded entirely with donations from our generous friends and benefactors.

The building obtained a LEED Gold certification

The Beauchamp Center includes a cardio machine loft, a weight training area, three studios for fitness classes, two gymnasiums with three basketball, volleyball courts, a rock wall, a suspended track, and an outdoor pursuits office and bike shop.
