Future Student Housing: Lincoln Townhomes Blocks
Similar to Sawtooth, the Lincoln Townhomes blocks have been planned for additional student housing. The original development was intended to be larger, but was ultimately scaled back. This has preserved space in a strategic location. If the west area is developed, relocation of Sand Volleyball and the compost operation will be needed. If the east area is developed, some surface parking will be lost.
