Completed in 2018, the new Leatherman Peak Building (formerly referred to as the Central Receiving Building) houses the Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM) staff and includes a new Central Receiving (CR) warehouse. The facility is located on the southwest corner of Belmont Drive and Euclid Avenue.
