Parmelee Hall is home to nearly 600 students including the Global Village Residential Learning Community, the Arts and Creative Expression Community, and the Key Culture, Communications, and Sports Community. A limited number of general assignment rooms are available in the hall. Parmelee is open for both fall and spring breaks and is one of two halls open over winter break. It is also one of four residence halls with a dining center.
