The Coffee Agriculture Pavilion opened in 2013. It is used for rodeo team practice, equine classes and livestock evaluation courses. The Rangeland Lab opened for classes in fall 2016. It features specialized classrooms, a necropsy lab and coolers and freezers to facilitate the scientific study of wildlife and livestock carcasses.
