The McNulty-Haddick Complex is a two-story, 65,000-square-foot structure built in 1951. Lee College purchased the facility in 1990 and renovated it. The building houses the Fine Arts and Allied Health programs and contains flexible space that can be configured to hold 21 classrooms. There are 26 faculty offices, a theater, a photography studio and laboratory, a ceramic studio, and a multimedia/computer laboratory.
