· Staff (B-permit): Entrance to the First Avenue Parking Structure is on Bachman Place, starting 6/30/2025. No left-turns will be permitted into the structure, so please access the First Avenue Structure from the north via Hotel Circle South.
· For vehicles accessing the First Avenue Parking Structure from the highway, please use I-8 and exit Hotel Circle to enter Bachman staff entrance from the North.
· For vehicles coming from the south via surface streets, you can enter the Patient Entrance on First Avenue.
Patient / Visitor (PM-Permit):
· McGrath OPP Patients:
o Park in the First Avenue Parking Structure at 4245 1st Avenue
o When patients arrive, they should following on-site directional signage to enter the First Avenue Parking Structure then go down to level PL (Patient Level) for the underground Patient drop-off area.
Bicycle and Pedestrian access
· Pedestrians will be able to enter/exit the First Ave Parking Structure on the ground level (P1) or below-grade patient drop-off area on level PL (Patient Level).
· Secured bicycle storage is located on ground level P1. There is a bike-only path connecting the on-street bike lanes to the storage lockers, also on ground level P1.
