    1. Dennis D. Cavin ROTC Center

      The building, constructed in 1987, is home to the Department of Military Science and Leadership and the Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) training program. In addition to classrooms and offices, the building houses a rifle range used by both the UT Martin rifle team and the ROTC training program. The building was officially named in honor of UT Martin alumnus retired Lt. Gen. Dennis D. Cavin on April 12, 2024. Cavin graduated from UT Martin in 1970 with a degree in agriculture and was commissioned as a distinguished military graduate in air defense artillery.
