The Paul Robeson Cultural Center (PRCC) serves as the heart of multicultural life at University Park. A center to build community, find support, and explore identity through shared experiences. The center’s mission is to build community, enhance student success & wellbeing, and increase cultural empowerment throughout the tapestry of Penn State. There are three well-defined program learning outcomes the center focuses on to engage students and the Penn State community.
