Male residents are placed in single, double, triple, and quad rooms that share facilities on the lower floors. Park Manor South is a popular choice among students as it is conveniently located across the street from Reynolds and Horn Library, and is just a short walk from Trim Dining Hall. There also is a large lounge on the first floor that often is used for study space and meetings.
