The Holland McCombs Center was constructed in 1927 and named in memory of the Freeman, Rast, Holland and McCombs families. The building also honors Sen. Sam Bratton, a founding father of the University of Tennessee at Martin. The dedication was held on the 60th anniversary of the founding of UT Junior College in Martin.
McCombs Center is currently home to the university’s Honors Programs.
