University Village (Phase II) opened in 2008 and features private bedrooms, kitchenette, washer/dryer, cable TV service and wireless Internet in each apartment. All three four-story buildings are elevator-equipped. First-year students have priority for the new building, which offers one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments.
