Lake Baranski
Lake Baranski is located within the 189-acre ecological preserve at Catawba College. The lake was named in honor of Professor of Biology Dr. Michael J. Baranski in 2002 because of his commitment to ecological preservation and promotion of environmental awareness. Baranski retired in 2012 after 38 years of service to the College.
