The Cannon Dining Hall is an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant working from an extensive rotating menu. We offer something for every appetite and dietary need. Daily, the chef prepares options from our Balanced U menu which can be found across the dining hall. The pizza station offers a rotation of pizzas, calzones,and other Italian favorites baked in our stone oven. You can choose from our stations which offer home-style cooking, vegetables and sides with carved options and themed selections; or maybe you would like to have the feature from our made-to-order action station. Make your own salad at our bountiful, fresh salad bar, and the deli bar provides you the opportunity to make a sandwich your way. Breakfast is open all day with bagels, yogurts, and cereal offered at the pantry area. Don’t forget your dessert with fresh-baked cookies or cakes and ice cream available daily.
